I am the wife of the artist at II Star Tattoo. I have showed him your picture and does not remember doing this work. He does not believe that he did it. My husband is VERY good at what he does.

Even though the design is supposed to be symmetrical, it's not. Wavy lines, lumpy black areas, the right side seems to be worse as far as quality goes, but there are mistakes on both sides.
