aye man...dont do nothing to it yet until you read wut i gotta say...alright,it goes like this,it's obvious that an asian person did not do that dragon for you....so dont f**k it up even more..no COLOR...next time u go to get it finished...tell them u want it black and grey...and tell them to add some black and grey clouds around it..just trust me,i been around dragon tattoos my whole life and yours is far from it..u got a big chance to fix it somehow...just do it man,trust me,no color.maybe red on the tongue and on the tail and all,but no color.

Definitely get it colored. I think outlines look so incomplete or like the person was too poor to do a "real" one. Otherwise, it looks nice. As far as colors that's kind of personal but definitely some greens with heavy shading on the scales. You need someon who really understands the whole "scale shading" thing. Good luck!
