My Next Tattoo:

I gonna get a rushing water/rapids tattoo. It's going to start on my shoulder-blade, then flow over my shoulder and finish as a quarter/half sleeve, not sure how big yet. Lots of colour and very dynamic. I'm looking for a great artist in the south of England (Hampshire or London are best, if anyone has any suggestions?), also on the lookout for some cash, cos can't aford it right now!
