Hi! Jen here! I had this Custom work done on my stomach - Tribal Floral design with chinese character for " eternity " . I decided on this character as a representation for my eternal love for my children .. thus, its placement. Tribal/Floral design to represent my Hawaiian heritage and my love for Hawaii. Took 6 hours in 1 session. OUCH!
The tattoo is an Aquarius design. Need inputs of people on what they think about the detail and the design itself.Do they think i should change / modify it or add some colors. All suggestions are welcome.
I designed the tattoo myself, the gods represented are Anubis, god of the underworld. Maat the winged woman of justice @ the bottom. Bast the god of women and cats. The hieroglyphs in the centre in the cartouche are my name. The ones at the top are my parents and brothers/sis initials. The fish beside the ankh represents my sign: Pisces.
I got this tattoo because I can be very, very protective over women. That is my weak point. It is a purple dragon with blue fins. He is wrapped around a woman that is also known as Lady Death. Both Pictures were originally drawn by the artist. This is a one of a kind at the parlor and overall. I have not noticed this type of tat anywhere else
Its a memorial tattoo for my grandpa who passed away in Feburary of 07. Didn't hurt for the most part but the last 20 minutes was killer and totally worth it, you can see what I mean. anyways im free to any comments, just let me know!
i woke up, figured it was a good day to get a tatty so i drew one up and this is what it looked like ... haha so i got my boy Mike at Kreative Khaos to lay it out ... so tell me what you think, because its the starting of a kick ass sleeve that will run all the way down my arm as well as my back and side ... enjoy and i love feedback so write me !
My name is Danielle i got this tattoo 3 days ago. the picture was right after i took the bandage off and was still bleeding so thats what the droplet is. Do you like my tattoo Im ready for more what should i add to it that will still keep it simple
I'm Vanessa. I know a lot of girls have butterfly tattoos, but I didn't get this one just because I thought it was pretty. My name is Greek for butterfly, and my name is very meaningful to me. So for me, my tattoo represents who I am. Besides, I think it is prettier than most of the other butterfly ones anyway, hehe....what do you think?
Lower back, Tribal soccer ball tattoo, with my son's name (in my writting) on top... I wanted to get something that I will always cherish. I am a single mom, so I knew it was going to have the love of my life's name, and I knew I wanted a soccer ball, as well as I really liked the way the tribal designs looked, so this is what she designed, luv it
Wassup! I Got this Ikaika done by an artist named Mike (RIP) at the Old Banzai Tattoo shop on Old Depot Road before it burned down. Originally there was no color, but decided to add some color and niho niho to it and this is how it turned out.
Just wondering what you think of this. its my first tattoo...I was born and raised in Hawaii and wanted to be able to carry a peice of home around with me at all times, and to remind myself of where I came from.
Done at Halo Tattoo in Syracuse, New York.
And yes, the "Home" is straight when I stand up, just looks crooked here.
This is my latest tattoo. I got it done a few days ago. Its not finished yet. It still needs the shading. I got it done at Fine Line Tattoo here in Hawaii. The wings represent being able to overcome anything. And the stitching and broken wings represent what I've been through in life and how I have mended myself and overcome the hardships.
I am James and got this tattoo about 8 yrs ago. A very lovable devil wanting give his love flowers to a naked angel, female ....rnI am looking for another tattoo for the other side of a naked female, or angel not a devil.
Update: I have tried to edit the original photo, showing just the tatt, I don't think the Q is as good, also I am now waxed lol
I wanted a lion tattoo but I wanted something a bit different. I found this picture and loved it. Tell me what you think? It's goes down my leg and is pretty big :P
This was my second one, i found it to be a cool tattoo until i really realized how small it was, maybe someone can offer a comment or suggestion on what to add to it to make it bigger and still have the original art in it?
ok So it all started for a really dumb reason, but now its grown on me. I decided to finish the half sleeve but now I want a full, so Im wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to how I should go about fiishing my sleeve (design ideas), while keeping the same theme, cuz Im lost. Anyways feel free to Email me and dont forget to rate me! Thanks
i'm Kiki, i got this abstract snowflake done in a garage in feb 06. do you like it? i drew it my self. wht do you think i should add to it? my friend squid did it , it was really fun to get
My son. Erin Wachholtz (in Texas), designed this for my b'day - It's my first tat. He chose designs that fit my spirit. The Celtic Knot represents how complex life can become when it really is only a simple circle. The turtle (Honu) represents the author and maintainer of life. I'm proud of my son's skill and heart.
Each star represents my three sisters and I. The colours are significant because we are close in age and as kids our parents sort of clour-coded us, they would buy us things (toy chairs, and stuffed animals) according to our colours. I am the oldest so my star is the biggest and is pink and is the first one on my ankle etc.
