I agree sheamo it a 7. where it lacks is the lack of shape to each scale. on the whole it looks good, but the shading between the base of the tail and the wave is scratchy
mr octopus is trippin with this statement the "scratchy " comment is a sign of this, the difference n shading at this point is delibarate adding depth.
