This is a good design but it could have so much more depth in it, and the background looks like it could use more color to make the bird stand out more and what is that pink thing behind the bird? it looks like a bird turd!
please elabborate. How can i get better if the best crit. is your colors need help? Why don't you point out that orange and yellow are to warm a color palate for the back ground of this piece or that I should of done some darker shading to round the tat out? These thing would be considerd constructive. Thanx for the imput. Happy Inking
Wow, I'm sorry I didn't elaborate to your liking Sean. I've seen this a couple of times in your work that's posted on here. I'm not sure if it's the way the photos are taken, or what. They all seem a little dull. The sparrow should be the main focus, yet it doesn't pop. It is just as flat as the arrow and the other shading. Like I said, it's a nice tattoo, it's just not an attention-getter.
