Tattoo Design Details:
I did this tattoo after recieving a small critique of my portfolio from another artist- MORE BLACK!!! what do you guys think- the script i would say is a little rough but its on the boobie. . . please if you vote low leave me feedback so i can improve. . . I'm only on here to get better.
being a fan of traditional tattoos, this is great. perhaps the lettering is a bit spread out, but its totally readable, and thats half the battle. other than that, this is an excellent traditional tattoo. its good to see artists still doing traditional, and that perhaps the tribal period is ending.
I like this and I gave it a high rating. My only comments are that the shading on the purple feathers could be a little more refined - it's rather thick and flat. And I would have brightened or lightened the purple a little. But these are minor and debatable points. The lady will be a real hit in a low cut ball gown!
I like this piece a lot. The only thing I would offer any criticism towards is the script, for some reason it seems off balance. I'm thinking maybe it's because "life" is so spread out while the other three words are fairly even as far as the spacing between letters. I understand why you did it, but it's something that caught my eye as "off" about the piece. Other than that, thumbs up.
