Outline is patchy at best. Poor exacution. Doesn't look like an experienced artist. The shading should go from dark to light gradations and not be one tone. The face is muddy looking and the hair is kind of "stragley" looking. On the brighter side of things it doesn't appear to have any scar tissue. I would for sure find a new artist. I would recommend either Wade at Midwest Wades for black and grey or Andy at Living Art Tattoo. Both are in Sioux City.

this could be so cool, but its very poorly done. wrong needle size used (looks like he only used one) poor concept on shading. might be able to be saved if you go to a better artist
