As an artist I have to say that is the worst star tattoo I have ever seen. I would outline 1 or 2 larger stars around that one and do the same on the other side. Once the stars are larger you could even add a trail of smaller stars going towards the middle making it into a whole upper back piece. Please, for your own benifit, do NOT go back to the same artist.

You are very pretty, but please no more stars, that is so teenie bopper. Yours is so small it can easily be covered by just about anything. I would do maybe a WELL DONE bright red rose or something similar, but take your time to decide and pick your artist wisely, don't scar that beautiful body!
