Yes these three numbers are the badge numbers of Fall River Police Officers that were killed in the line of duty. I'm a FR Police Officer and wanted to remember them as well as those who sacrificed themselves on 9-11. Go to www.FRPD.org, click on Memorial and you can read about these three officers.
