Not my favorite subject matter but it's nicely done. If you do add color, i would make it subtle and play off the color from that tat on your neck. Maybe just lightly yellow the teeth and very light blue on the irises in the skeleton's eyes. But I think it would fine left the way it is.

That is a really cool tat !!! I love all of the different elements. Is that an angel above the nose of the skull? I like the spider and bat too. I think it looks great as is, but if you want to add anything maybe more shading on the teeth and maybe around the jaw area. :-)
