yeh, anon is right. theres a non-connecting dot at the top of the eternal sign otherwise it says water. the bottom one is written much larger than the eternal symbol and is missing a huge section... i'd suggest a cover-up and have the symbols redone somewhere else...

there are a few different ways to write eternal love, but... that's not one of them. The first character is missing a dot, the second one is just entirely wrong. It was obviously done by someone who doesn't have any real knowledge of the Chinese language.
