Tattoo Highland Tattoos: Parlors, Artists, Highland Tattoo Shops

I got this tattoo about 3 years ago, when I was 16 - as a last minute kind of thing. It's a bit flat but for some reason I like it that way. I'm thinking about getting a phoenix on the other arm (in Chinese mythology the phoenix is seen as the empress while the dragon is seen as the emperor - kind of like yin and yang). Any suggestions or ideas?
