I am also looking into getting a vegvisir tattoo, as i both love the theme, and spent 5 months in denmark and fell in love with it. Does anyone know more detail on the specific runes? |

Vegvisir is actually a compass.. so if you start with the top rune over CLW and move clockwise around, it goes "north", "northeast", "east", "southeast", "south", etc. |

I would never recommend Saint Sabrinas for a tattoo. Their artists have no talent. I would recommend Electric Dragonland in Hopkins owned by Shane Anderson. |

Unlike most people, we did a lot of research on who had the best record with the health department of being clean place with no record of health code violations...because when you do something like this to your body, it's GOT to be a sterile environment that doesn't start you thinking, "Eeew. I don't want any of that touching me."
For the record, the guy that did my wrist did a great job. I brought him the design I had drawn, and what I drew is what I got.
However, I know that he's moved on...I think he's at Fluid Ink now, and has been there for several years.
I also know that things change. The Saint Sabrina's I went to in 2003 is probably very different from what it is right now. I only had the one tattoo done by them, and had no experience with their in house designers.
That being said, with no offense meant, your post sounds like a plug for Electric Dragon whilst trying to damage the reputation of another, and I think that's pretty lame. :) |
