Well I'm going to be honest with you and it is just the way I see it, to me it looks more like a dog/cat/feline kind of thing, not really a dragon, maybe get it darker, put some shadows around it, and maybe something to make it look like the head belongs with the rest of the body, it looks like its floating away or someone beheaded the "dragon"
