Nice industrial. I actually like industrials better than regular cartiledge piercings, as I think they look better. I hate the look of butterfly clips behind the ears, when they are so noticeable. The industrial looks better because the ends are decorative.

You should get your lobe double or triple pierced, if you don't already have it done. From what I can tell you only have it done once. You have nice big earlobes, and singles are not enough for you!

But don't get too carried away!

Some piercers decide that 2 cbr's are better to start off with. I think barbell is the best way to go that way you don't have to adjust to switching it out. I have heard it is hard to go from a cbr to a barbell in this type of piercing. Mine was done with a barbell from the start. Anyone who says it hurts is lying. The only thing that was weird is when you can hear the needle going throught your cartilage, it sounds like a few popping noises.
