The 5 feathers represent the 5 foster kids we're adopting (they are Native American's hence the dream catcher) the 3 beads in the center represent 3 foster kids that we had for almost 2 years and were all set to adopt but they went home to their parents at the last minute. The spear represents my wife who holds it all together.
