Tattoo Design Details:
After 13 years of indecision... I finally got my first tattoo! I wanted something that would represent my family heritage; Irish, Scottish & Welsh. I found this shamrock made in the style of a Celtic knot I know it's not as beautiful, colorful & elaborate as others here, but it's exaclty what I wanted. :)
Yup, I'm always sketching out ideas for tattoos. Kind of a hobby. That particular design is a combination of elements of the Celtic Tree of Life, the druid symbol for Pisces, and the Claddagh. This will be the first of my designs I'll actually be getting tattooed, that's why I'm so excited...and yes, I'll be getting it on my lower back. :)
Really like the design, it has a certain simple elegance that I can't really explain. It looks good, so good that I don't get tired of seeing it. Nicely done.
