Hey man, if you thinking of getting more piercings, GET YOUR EARS PIERCED!
If you can wear a lip stud, you need some earrings to go along with it. You look too plain without earrings.
Silver stud earrings or silve captive bead hoops would look very cool. Your earlobes are shaped well for double piercing, too, but I would not get any more than two holes in my earlobes if I were you.
In fact, I would probably stop there in the facial department. If I wanted more piercings, I would probably then move on to nipples, or maybe a navel piercing with a large gauge ring or barbell.

But whatever you do, get your ears pierced next, both of them.
