Im a black and white fan personally, but those sorts of tattoos do look very good in colour, especially on skin as clear as yours. Just keep in mind that the piece is already shaded and that might interferre a little with some colour

Like the tat...I would not get it colored because it will take away from the feel of the tattoo. It would look more cartoonish instead of the elegance it currently sets off....
