i wouldn't add to it i'd just get a similar style one on another area like the top of the forearm, upper arm or even your hand, just keep to the same theme.
that is my opinion but you should ask your tattooist about adding to it because i can't see a good way to add to it but im not a tattoo artist.
still a really good tattoo, nice design and good shading i gave it a 9
