I think the tat work is pretty good but personally don't like the design. I do respect getting tats that are meaningful and memorial though so go with what floats YOUR boat! I wouldn't get the lettering though maybe just 9-11-01 instead.

nice, if you go for the wording keep it very small and use a femanine font (maybe cursive) so it doesn't overpower the beautiful tat
