krackedskull is 100% correct, its blobbed out, the artist doesnt know anything about fine detail. added to that, you got the tatt too small so any detail is lost anyway. its a poor tatt.

as an artist, the outline cannot be saved. the lines in the fingers are blotched together. if its re-outlined, you will need to fully color the tattoo to seperate lines from fill. it is salvageable though
