This work took over 72 hours to complete. I had never seen anything like it before. My artist (Ken Lewis) free handed most of the background and completed all of the outline on the first sitting. I had no idea what the finished piece would look like and I love it. I just like showing it off because most of the time it is covered up :).
hi...tell me what you think....was just kinda wondering how others might critique ....this piece was started oct. 1989 by Stump and redone by roys art studio in mason, ohio (Roy himself) july 2006 from a picture of a mural on the side of a building in fla.
I got this tattoo to cover up an old tattoo. It's a parachute with jump wings and cannons. I'm thinking about getting lettering above it to complete it. Tell me what you think about the detail and what I should add.
Its in its early stages I just need more $ to finish it. I'm doin it for MMA fighting and its going to spike off on my elbows and start again like shoulder pads and spike down my stomache, sides, and back
I am in the military and wanted a tattoo that represents my job and personality while still being unique. I love the angel/ devil theme as well as symmetry. Many more to follow.
What do you think?
This is a crazy ass grim reaper tattoo. Notice how the eyes glow and how it looks like its laughing histerically as he walks under the moonlight in clashing blood water. Also take note of the Anchor and the Hour Glass.
I got this tattoo when I was 17. It represents the imprints people leave on our lives. I got it at Laughing Dragon in Cincinnati. The artist that did it said it was the smallest foot prints he'd ever done. I want some more tattoos but I'm not sure exactly what they will look like.
what i believe the insides of a demon are like, liquid, constsantly changing, never the same. the arm is flayed open for all to see. not finished, colour needed still.
These are designs by Sergey Fermanov and done by Jason at Designs by Dana in Cicinnati. It is the zodiac symbols of mine and my girlfriends tied together. Let me know what you think.
Hey, I'm Kim. This is my Omega Red tattoo a few weeks ago. This picture was taken one day after I got it done. It's unfinished but I would like to know if others agree with me about how awesome the tattoo is.
I got this one for my 19th birthday. Only took half an hour. The thing says i am supposed to ask if you like it, but frankly, I dont care. I think its awesome, and I plan on getting more. So if you wanna tell me what else I should get, ok then. But its awesome so I should get a ten.
It's on the inside of my right wrist and it's badass. I got it for my 20th bday. It's still kinda fresh in this pic. It was my 1st tat2 and I LOVED it. Can't wait to get more. Please don't comment if you have nothing better to say than, blah blah, my tat's better, blah blah...I graduated from high school three years ago and I don't want to go back!
I'm Tracy. This is my first tattoo I just got today at a Tattoo Convention. I think it turned out awesome. It hurt like hell though! I had never heard of the artist beforehand but viewed his portfolio and his work was very good. I am pleased and would recommend him to anyone. Tell me what you think!
The top symbol means power and the bottom one means pain! I was going for power over pain! The reason that I got this was because I found out that my dad had cheated on my mom for most of my life and I got this to bring closure to that! I also use the thought of this whenever I am hitting a hard spot to remind me to keep on pushing!
I am Italian, this is my second tattoo, it is of the italian horn. The horn is an ancient magical charm or amulet worn in Italy as protection against "evil eye." Other superstitions link it to sexual power and good luck. It is wrapped in the Italian colors! Let me know what you all think!
Just got this tattoo yesterday. I have been through a lot of trials and tribulations during my lifetime. What carried me safely through it was: "Patience". My next 3 tattoos will be Kanjis of "Peace", "Faith", and "Blessed". For those are what I needed to survive.
Hey Tony here, My ultimate goal is to have several tribal pieces that look like one piece. I have a long way to go, but with alittle help from others (by giving ideas) it should end up a really cool back piece!!
I got the piece at the Easy Rider Bike Show in Columbus , Ohio Feb. 17th, 2007
I got this tattoo in memory of my boyfriend whom I lost in a car accident last year. He had 2 dancing Dead bears tattooed on him. I chose to have the artist make the bear into an angel and of course add the banners with my boyfriends name. It was about a 4 hour session, I even had an allergic reaction to the green ink used for it's collar.
