DEFINATLY not to say that you shouldnt see for yourself weather or not his needles are pre sterilized and still in the packeging and see if he uses disposible tubes that are still in the packeging or metal tubes if he cleans them in an otoclave and watch to see if he cross contaminates anything. ask and find out how experianced some one is ! i meen just check the person out and see how clean they are as a person engeneral even, dont be stupid !!! but know that all of us even Draven started doing them at home !

Home tattooers use, used needles...Trust me I own a shop and I run them off looking through my trash for them. They are picked up by pro services that also pick up bio waste from hospitals. Scratchers are to stupid to know this.
If you get a home tattoo I wil say one thing to you...
