instead of covering it up, if you like it. Fix it. Collage it with some more ink and make it colorful, with more detail, darker black lines. Overhaul it and it could look badass.. I have fixed worse. If you want tocheck out my work I have some pics posted. Let me know what you think of my work. Maybe I can help you get that tatt looking badass. Its a shame to see a dragon like that. ttyl
