First tattoo. Done by Mad Marcii at Lady Luck in Portland on 12-24-04. I love my horsey. I hope you like him too :)
More Details:
If you can’t tell from the tattoo, im kinda crazy...I mean really, who, or what guy in their right mind would get a blue and purple horsey that’s holding a pinwheel tattooed on him? Well, I got to tell ya, I love that tattoo because it says a lot about who I am: playful, happy go-lucky, and silly. It’s also on my lower abdomen, so not everybody can see him. Those that have seen him are like "wow that’s a cool tat". I have had a few raised eyebrows, too, but hay what the hell everybody has the right to their opinion. And just for the record, im not shy and I do like to show him off. Don’t be afraid to ask to see him!!! His name is "Jody"...yes he does have a name :). It took me about a year of looking at the design to decide to get him done, but for a first tattoo I couldn’t think of a better way to dive into the body art world, and im almost sure nobody else will have that design, so it’s almost original. If you want to know where I found the design, your gonna have to ask...it has a special meaning about me and who I am. My other tattoo that isn’t pictured is a design from the artist D. Wilson, a horse artist. That tat is on my right shoulder blade and is of a horse rearing up. The horse is in the colors of the american flag: red, white, and blue. Her face is blue with white stars...it is a really sweet tat. Again it took awhile for me to have it done, almost a year after the first one. The meaning for me is that i'm an all american kid that believes in his right to freedom and the right to choose. I have a third tat planned for the left shoulder: a carousel horse, but I haven’t found the right design as of yet. I want lots of color in that one for sure, and I guarantee it’s gonna be awesome! So far I have had Mad Marcii at Lady Luck in SE Portland do my tattoos. I love Marcii...she is really good at what she does and is very easy to talk to. I would recommend her to anybody, and if it’s your first tat, she will be very gentle with you. If you have any questions, please ask. My e-mail is dogboy@inbox.com.

Comment: It kind of looks like something you'd see on a 4 year olds birthday cake, but I like it! It's different. Playful.
