if it was 1992 the tattoo would be considered good. its bland and could use a bit more shading. there is only one tone in the smoke. its not as cool as you think it is. it could be a lot better. i wouldn't call it art, i would call it typical tattoo c**p. if you compared it to jay wheeler's work you would see what i mean. to an uneducated un artistic person it would pass as cool. go to a good artist and get it reworked.
