Comment: Tony at the former Totem Tattoo in State College, PA did this work. His shop is now Good & Evil at the same Beaver Ave. location in State College. I've since had him add some freehand crossing feathers from each side down to just above the elbow. I'll get pics up soon. Tony does real nice work and is usually pretty busy to get scheduled.
