To be honest, it's lacking in balance, clarity and in general looks like it was done by an amateur. I would see a professional that has formal training from an artist, not self taught. It's rough but could use a rework or cover up. I believe I have looked at this tattoo in person. It's not the worst but it's not the best either. :) Heather Lotus Tattoo

It's not bad. I probably would of gone for a more symmetrical look to the tattoo. It makes me feel a little off balanced. But then again maybe you weren't going for symmetry. What matters most is if you like it. If you don't, look into having it fixed by an artist, who can show you personal work / cover-ups / and fixes.
