Al at Class Act tatto did this one, but i'm not sure he's still there.... Erika at Slave to the Needle (ballard) is great and Mind's Eye tattoo (u dist.) also has done a great job... I'm told Kent dermographics also does great work, but i haven't checked them out yet.... hope this helps
