Al at Class Act tatto did this one, but i'm not sure he's still there.... Erika at Slave to the Needle (ballard) is great and Mind's Eye tattoo (u dist.) also has done a great job... I'm told Kent dermographics also does great work, but i haven't checked them out yet.... hope this helps

The tatt is in the middle of my chest, and it hurt, but no more than my other ones.... the weirdest part was my breast plate vibrating while it happened.... not something you feel everyday.
