When did you have this done? If you have a problem you should contact the Artist first. I don't remember this tattoo. Was it done by Ogre or Black (no longer w/ shop)? We stand by our work. If we did this tat, you could have came into the shop at anytime and had the black recolored. As for it being crooked its hard to tell with out a picture of you standing. If your sitting cross legged it will appear crooked even if its not because your backs not straight. Out of the 200+ tattoos that we do every month only 2 or 3 ever need touch ups and we offer this for free within the first year you have the tattoo.

im very sorry that happened to you, there are literally thousands of disreputable tattoo artist out there, and unfortunately you found one. please dont be discouraged, there are many artists who would love to fix that for you, or even cover it up. never leave the tattoo shop unless you've gotten exactly what you paid for. it its crooked some of the responsibilty is on you, you get to see the stencil before any ink is applied, that was the time to speak up.
