Andee at American Graffiti Tattoo in Danville Va did this tattoo for me. She said she was the owner of American Graffiti and has been tattooing for about 12 years. I think she is wrong she has not been tattooing very long if it looks like this. I think I need to go to another tattoo studio that does professional work. What do you all think!!!!!!!!
