this was my very first tattoo, i got it when i was just 14. i did not make the mistake of getting a meaningless piece of tribal but this beautiful tibetan OM. my mother was born in lhasa but left as a tibetan refugee so i got this as a nod to this heritage. i still adore my OM for its simplicity and have always received positive remarks..
