This tattoo is actually a cover-up. I had a poorly done tattoo when I was about 18 and have always wanted to get it covered but thought it might turn out worse. I was really please with the artist ability to not only cover the tattoo but to create a piece I actually appreciate. Can you tell its a cover-up?
