This isn't a dragon, I cant figure out how to change that part. I got this 3 years ago, from a friend who does tats out of his home. This is a pretty original design, I haven't seen any like it. If anyone knows if it means anything, could you email me plz and tell me about it. I got it because I think it looks pretty cool. It's above my ankle.
