This sybolises Khepri - He who rises from the earth or He who came into being. It symbolises rebirth and renewel. Also, the Wings are of Isis the Godess, the Dish at the top resembles Ra the Sun God and the Snkaes on the Sun disk and the scarab are both other symbols for Bastes the Egytpian Cat Godess. This scarab is called a Heart Scarab :)
