This was a sad clown tattoo from the 80's until I went to Bailey at Harold's Tattoo in Crowley Texas. Bailey drew up this amazing cover up. Bailey has an AMAZING touch! My tattoo was as smooth as a baby's butt within 3-4 days. The picture doesnt do it justice as it was taken the same night it was done. It is extremely detailed down to the eyelashes. Bailey is AMAZING! I highly recommend Bailey at Harold's tattoo!
