My friend drew this tattoo, and I took it to Skin City. There was no coloring, and the artist made the decisions on the shading. I get a lot of comments that it is cute, but a lot of people think it has a hidden meaning or something. What do you think of it? Quality, coloring, location, etc. Thanks!
