Hi dis Francis from Auckland NZ, this is an original Island tatt based on one of the designs created by JOE BROWN...tattooed by Damon Meuli of Universal Tattooing. It was added to an existing samoan armband & will eventually have the forearm done in an extension of a customary samoan "pepa" completing the sleeve..any ideas & feedback most welcome
