This is a shield on my left arm, the design is called a "Bellek". It is a reminder of what can happen, if one's not mindful of the evil spirits lurking. When someone is not acting according to what is "normal" that person might be asked "has Bellek gotten into you?" It pays homage to my heritage while serving as a constant reminder to be aware.
