This is a Thai mythological character named "Tosakanth". Tosakanth's green face is highlighted with blue and gold lines and bright red lips. He has bulging eyes with a snarling mouth and curving, tusk-like canine teeth. Tosakanth is a demon possessing a tremendous amount of power.I got this done on my lower leg in Changmai in northern Thailand.
