I'm a little more then 50 percent sicilian, and I cherish my bloodlines so as a shrine of respect to my family I got the Italian flag with Sicily under it. Then in Italian (il suo tutto in il sangue), roughly translates to its all in the blood...referring to family and bloodlines. Then 2 razor blade cuts with blood filling the red in the flag.
