This is done on the inner lip. My sister, who is a tattoo artist, did this for me. I pulled my lip down while wearing gloves. You need to go very deep for this tattoo. The first time I had it done, I barely felt anything, and it faded 3 days later. I had it redone 3 weeks after that, it stayed. It hurt alot worse. What do you think of the location?
