Yo, I just got this piece finished about a week ago, up until then I had the main body of work completed. (i.e the heart with insignia and rose outlines). I just had the remaining color work and background finished. The work was done by Jermey Randolph at Flesh Gear / Sick Fate Tattoo in Rockdale, IL
