I got this Polynesian Sleeve last year in May and finished in August. Big Phil from In2Skin did the whole sleeve. Goes up to my shoulder. There is another part that TC from Polynesian tattoo factory (hawaii) did that continues from my shoulder to my chest that means "Family".
