Rose tattoos are so famous that not only are they one of the most popular tattoos to get, but they also have supplied the name for rock bands, feminist websites, and one very depressing Tennessee Williams play. They are universally trendy tats for men and women both to modify the look of their body and express certain ideas of beauty.

Rose tattoos have been an American tattoo staple for many years. Black rose tattoos, on the other hand, connote an embracing of death and is a very popular Goth tattoo.
